Dani Goulart's love for cooking is, quite literally, a family affair. With a lineage of chefs, including her great-grandmother, grandmother, and mother, Dani was practically cradled amidst the culinary wonders. By the age of 11, she was already crafting cakes, chocolates, and brigadeiros, and by 14, she was selling these delightful treats to friends and family. Her professional path seemed predestined.
However, with no culinary schools in Brasília at the time, Dani pursued a degree in pharmacy and chemistry. But her heart always belonged to the kitchen. Alongside her studies, she continued to bake and cook, taking custom orders for her delectable creations. Drawing from her academic background, Dani incorporated her knowledge of cross-contamination, storage, and best practices into her culinary ventures.
Today, as the founder of Total Cheff Cozinha Gourmet, Dani offers personal chef services, conducts culinary courses for enthusiasts, and has a dedicated section for confectionery, with a special focus on chocolate preparations. In her kitchen, herbs and spices reign supreme. A true aficionado of seasonings, Dani's dishes are a fragrant medley of flavors.
As for her iCook offerings, they are nothing short of a gastronomic delight. Dive into her meatball dishes, prepared in artisanal tomato sauce with a hint of basil, or savor the grilled chicken fillet accompanied by ball potatoes and echalote onions sautéed in olive oil, infused with basil and rosemary. For pasta lovers, there's the tantalizing tagliatelle served with meatballs in an artisanal tomato sauce, sprinkled with grated parmesan. And for the vegetarians, Dani has crafted a delightful egg roulade with vegetables, paired with broccoli rice, cold salad, and carioca beans. Every dish is a testament to Dani's culinary prowess and her deep-rooted love for cooking.
