Marcelo Carlson, originally from Porto Alegre, moved to Brasília in 1998 and ventured into the restaurant business. Although he initially pursued a career in Letters, becoming a translator and journalist, his love for gastronomy never waned. After closing his restaurants, he continued as a culinary consultant while working in journalism. In 2019, Marcelo decided to fully embrace his culinary passion, launching ventures like Eixinho Gourmet (Food Truck), Home Catering (Home Chef), and most recently, My Kitchen, a comfort food delivery service.
His dishes on iCook, such as the succulent chicken breast cooked using the sous vide technique, reflect his love for French techniques and global inspirations.
